PERSONAL TRAINING:
Train one on one to focus on just your goals.  Strength training combined with cardio will give you the anaerobic and aerobic conditioning your body needs in every workout.  Each workout will be different to keep the body challenged.  I focus on larger muscle groups and core strength to improve functional strength for daily tasks, as well as improving your overall fitness level.
KETTLEBELLS: 
Kettlebells=A Complete Hand Held Gym.  Kettlebells are for all fitness levels and can be done one on one or in a group setting.  They are perfect for anyone looking to burn fat, tone muscle and increase stamina.  Learn all the basic kettlebell lifts.  Be coached while learning proper form and technique.  Do intense drills to burn fat and tone muscle.  An inexpensive investment for your home gym.  All you need are two kettlebells to have a GREAT workout, a light bell and a heavy bell.  Your heart rate is up while you sculpt your entire body.   
BOOTCAMP: 
Bootcamp can be done in a group setting or one on one. This class combines cardio and resistance training using various equipment such as dumbbells, body bars, kettlebells and medicine balls.  Workouts can be modified for all fitness levels.  I combined a lot of different workout philosophies to make bootcamp challenging and fun.  High energy music and motivated coaching will make this the highlight of your day.  I will coach you individually and as a group to ensure safety and overall effectiveness of each exercise.   Have your friends and neighbors over for a fun and effective workout.
